Order a repeat prescription
To order a repeat prescription, you can order online or you can call the prescription order line.
We will process your request within 48 hours and we will send it to your nominated chemist for collection (do not attend the surgery to collect)
Online Service: We offer the ability to request repeat prescriptions online using our Patient Access service. To register, request a registration form from the practice and follow the instructions in the letter. Patient Access is a 24 hour online service. All information sent via Patient Access is secure.
We have a repeat prescription telephone order line - it is important you nominate a chemist. This phone line is for ordering repeat medication only and should not be used for general medication enquiries.
